Harmony Board Cancellations

Cancellations of Harmony Boards made two (2) days or more in advance of the delivery date and time will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the delivery time will not receive a refund, although we will do everything in our power to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.

Grazing Table Cancellations

Cancellations of Grazing Tables made five (5) days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations of Grazing Tables made four (4) days in advance of the event date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations of Grazing Tables made two-three (2-3) days in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 36 hours of the scheduled event time will not receive a refund.

Provider Cancellation

Cancellations made by the provider, Harmony Boards, at any time prior to the delivery or event will receive a 100% refund.
